The New Mexico Environment Department’s Environmental Health Bureau issued notices of violation to several Las Cruces restaurants for operating without valid permits due to non-payment of permit fees.
Affected Establishments
The following locations were sent violation letters: Papa’s Smoked BBQ and Kidz Quest Academy, LLC. These businesses were given 30 days to pay the required fees and late fees.
