La Familia Farmers Market will kick off its 2026 season on Friday, June 12, with an evening of live entertainment, local vendors, fresh produce, and family-friendly activities at Dolores Huerta Gateway Park in southwest Albuquerque.

The opening-day celebration is scheduled from 5 to 8 p.m. and will feature live music by Daniel Solis, a Northern New Mexico native known for performing Spanish music, country music, and original compositions. In addition to live music, attendees can enjoy youth dance performances, food trucks, arts and crafts vendors, children’s art activities, and access to the park’s playground. Local farmers will also offer fresh vegetables, herbs, and greens harvested from regional farms.
Located at Dolores Huerta Gateway Park, 100 Isleta Blvd. SW, the market will continue every Friday evening throughout the summer and fall, except for July 3. Organizers say each event will feature a different musical guest, offering residents and visitors a variety of entertainment throughout the season.
