KTBS 3 recently concluded their Celebrating the ArkLaTex series with stops in Claiborne Parish, Louisiana. The crew, led by Rick Rowe, showcased the area’s great attractions and warm community spirit.
Claiborne Parish Highlights
The visit included a stop at the new Kel’s Cove on Lake Claiborne, where lunch was served. Additionally, the team explored the recent improvements at Lake Claiborne State Park, which now offers enhanced facilities for overnight and day-use visitors.
The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries has also partnered with Major League Fishing to install 32 new fish-attracting reef structures in the lake, supporting local angling activities.
