Despite her criticism, Reid acknowledged that Graham was ‘witty, intelligent, smart enough to do better and to know better,’ pointing out that he had initially discouraged President Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign. However, she attacked Graham for supporting Trump after his win.
