Sveinsson played a practice round with Scottie Scheffler, Sam Burns, and Gary Woodland on Wednesday. He said it was a surreal experience, but he is trying to take it all in and learn from the other players.

Sveinsson’s coach, Jake Amos, said that he saw great potential in Sveinsson when he first met him. Amos said that Sveinsson has worked hard to improve his game and is now one of the top players in the country.
