Laiylah Mix, a 16-year-old girl from Hemet, California, has been missing since July 26. Her father, Adam Bubert, is desperately seeking the public’s help in finding her. According to Bubert, Laiylah was last seen at the Deputy Brett M. Harris Park in Hemet.
Bubert stated that Laiylah’s phone was found, but she did not have any romantic partners that he knows of. He has been in communication with several law enforcement agencies and Laiylah’s mother during their search. Bubert expressed concern for Laiylah’s safety, citing her mental health issues.
Laiylah is described as 5-feet-5-inches tall, weighing approximately 220 pounds, with brown eyes and dyed burgundy hair. She was last seen wearing a green T-shirt and black cargo jeans. Law enforcement believes she may be a runaway, and her father said she had expressed interest in running away in the past.
Anyone with information about Laiylah’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department at 951-776-1099. Bubert is pleading for the public’s help, saying, ‘I’m just trying to fight for you, Laiylah. I want you to come home and I want you to know that I love you.’
