Residents of the Williamsburg Apartments in Hartwell gathered on Wednesday for a meeting to address ongoing issues with the property. The complex was sued by the city a few years ago for property neglect. A few months ago, residents told WLWT that the problems remained unresolved.
Holes in the kitchen floor, mouse traps lining the apartment and mold in the shower were among the problems at least one resident reported earlier this year. Residents said the issues include problems with utilities, peeling walls, cracked floors, unanswered maintenance requests and more.
