Two men were listed in critical condition after a shooting in Hartford in the early morning hours on Friday, Hartford Police Lt. Aaron Boisvert said.
Boisvert said officers were called to an area hospital around 2 a.m. after two men with gunshot wounds were dropped off in private vehicles.
The first was a man in his 20s, who was listed in critical condition. The second was in his 30s and also listed in critical condition, but he is now stable, Boisvert said.
Police later determined that the shooting happened near 2739 Main Street, according to Boisvert.
The Hartford Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit and Crime Scene Divisions responded and assumed the investigation, which is ongoing.
