RIO RANCHO — Mayor Gregg Hull attended his final city council meeting as the city prepares for a change in leadership.
Hull sat at the meeting with mayor-elect Paul Wymer at his side. The appearance underscored the transition now under way in city government.
Wymer won a runoff election against Alexandria Piland last week. The victory gives him the mandate to lead the city during the next term.
