Georgia Democratic Sen. Jon Ossoff is leading GOP challenger Mike Collins in the 2026 Georgia Senate race, according to a new Fox News poll. Ossoff holds a double-digit lead over Collins, with 56% support from Georgia registered voters compared to 43% for Collins.
Demographic Breakdown
Ossoff enjoys strong support from Black voters, those under age 30, independents, moderates, and women under 45. Collins’ best groups include White evangelical Christians, White men without a college degree, and rural voters.
The Fox News survey also found that Ossoff benefits from greater party loyalty, with nearly all Democrats backing him. Collins, on the other hand, has 9 in 10 Republicans supporting him, but only 56% of his supporters say their vote is for him, while 44% say it is primarily against Ossoff.
Inflation is a major concern for Georgia voters, with 40% saying it will be the most important issue in their Senate vote. Ossoff holds large advantages among voters who are most concerned about inflation, healthcare, and political divisions.
