Free Groceries, Health Services at Plant City Fair

Hillsborough County residents can attend a community health fair in Plant City on Saturday, June 13, to receive free groceries and health services. The event, hosted by the county’s Healthy Living Program, will take place at the Plant City Community Resource Center.

Free Groceries and Health Services

The food distribution will start at 9 a.m. and end at 10:30 a.m. There are no income restrictions to receive the food, which includes fresh fruits and vegetables, meat, canned goods, and everyday staples. The health fair will continue until noon, offering free health screenings and vaccinations, depending on availability.

The event also features activities for children, giveaways, and information about the county’s Health Care Plan. The Healthy Living Program provides on-site lifestyle resources, including fitness centers, educational activities, and nutritional counseling.
