Fox News Digital continued its dominant run in July, posting 1.6 billion multiplatform views and 3.5 billion multiplatform minutes, according to Comscore data. Those figures placed the outlet ahead of traditional broadcast networks and major newspaper sites such as The New York Times, CNN, CBS News, ABC News and NBC News in both key metrics.
This marks the 27th straight month that Fox News Digital has been the leader among all news brands for multiplatform views, and the 65th consecutive month it has held the top spot for multiplatform minutes. The platform also recorded a 28 percent year‑over‑year increase in total digital multiplatform unique visitors, while CNN saw a 34 percent decline in the same category.
Mobile and Social Performance
The Fox News mobile app attracted 6.6 million unique viewers in July, more than double the 2.8 million unique viewers recorded by the CNN mobile app. On social platforms, Fox News generated 110 million interactions, including 36 million on Facebook, 20 million on Instagram, 6 million on X (formerly Twitter), and an additional 52 million on TikTok. Across all social channels, the outlet amassed 1.6 billion video views.
YouTube Leadership
On YouTube, Fox News Digital finished July as the number‑one news brand with 324 million video views. It outperformed MS NOW (246 million), CNN (172 million), ABC News (136 million), NBC News (109 million) and CBS News (35 million), according to Emplifi data. Fox Business also retained its position as the top business‑focused YouTube channel for the 57th consecutive month.
The strong July performance follows a similarly successful second quarter of 2026, during which Fox News Digital led all news brands and broadcast networks in total digital multiplatform unique visitors, multiplatform views and multiplatform minutes.
Comscore and Emplifi note that Fox News Digital, CBSNews.com, NBCNews.com, WashingtonPost.com and ABCNews.com have opted in to account for Social Incremental in total digital multiplatform unique visitors, while CNN.com and NYTimes.com have not. This methodological difference may affect comparative numbers, but the overall trend underscores Fox News Digital’s continued reach and engagement across platforms.
