Welcome to the local music scene in Fort Worth, where venues are hosting exciting concerts to beat the summer heat. Tulips is celebrating local musicians at their Near Southside stage, featuring a week-long lineup of music starting August 1.
Heatstroke: A Week of DFW Music
The event will feature various artists, including Quaker City Night Hawks, Cut Throat Finches, and Hen and the Cocks, offering a range of music styles from covers to post-punk grunge. Tickets are available for $44.93 for a week-long pass.
In addition to the Heatstroke event, other concerts are happening in Fort Worth, such as Noah James’ Red White and Blue Love Tour at The Post, and the Bishop Avenue Hot Six’s two-show residency. Gary Nicholson will also be performing at the Southside Preservation Hall, playing his newest music collection that touches on the nation’s current political divisions.
