Former Clients Question Attorney’s Lifestyle Amid Legal Challenges

In Seattle, former clients of Alexandra Lozano, a former immigration attorney, are raising concerns about her handling of their cases and her extravagant lifestyle. Lozano, who recently resigned from the Washington State Bar Association, is facing a federal lawsuit filed by nine former clients. The lawsuit accuses her of mishandling immigration cases and steering clients into inappropriate filings.

Legal and Financial Disputes

Gabriel Martinez Garcia, one of the plaintiffs, claims he lost thousands of dollars and saw his immigration case fall apart under Lozano’s representation. He, along with others, alleges that Lozano’s firm submitted immigration applications that clients did not fully understand, sometimes involving abuse-based filings they were not eligible for. Lozano has denied any wrongdoing.

Public records reveal that Lozano and associated trusts have been involved in multimillion-dollar real estate transactions, including a $3.2 million luxury condominium in Seattle’s Emerald Tower. These purchases coincided with the rapid expansion of her immigration practice, which had nearly 54,000 pending cases as of March 2026.

Extravagant Lifestyle

Lozano’s lifestyle has also come under scrutiny, particularly her association with a bright pink Bombardier Challenger 300 private jet. The jet, marked with the word “Abogada” (Spanish for attorney), has been seen traveling to various luxury destinations. Comparable jets are valued at around $25 million.

For Garcia, the contrast between his financial struggles and Lozano’s apparent wealth is stark. He expressed frustration over the situation, noting the hard work required to earn the money he paid for legal services. Despite the mounting legal challenges, Lozano has not faced criminal charges, and her current whereabouts remain unknown.
