Firefighters in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, quenched a blaze at a fireworks stand on Saturday night. The Broken Arrow Fire Department reported that there were “fireworks actively detonating” when they arrived at the scene.
The fire occurred near E. Kenosha St. & S. 236th E. Ave, and was quickly controlled by A-Shift firefighters, who extinguished the fire in about 20 minutes. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries.
The incident happened two weeks ahead of July 4, when many Americans will celebrate Independence Day by setting off fireworks or watching fireworks shows.
