A growing southern Overland Park development will soon get a new healthy eatery. California-based Everbowl plans to open a new shop at the ever-growing Bluhawk development in Overland Park, located at U.S. 69 and 159th Street.
Everbowl serves healthy eats
Everbowl is coming onboard as part of the Bluhawk’s latest phase of retail development. It will join a number of other new arrivals, such as gelato shop Amorino and fast-casual eatery Chicken Salad Chick. According to a release, Everbowl is aiming to open at Bluhawk in the summer of 2027.
The eatery is known primarily for its açai bowls, which can be customized with a variety of bases and toppings. The menu also offers pre-curated bowls like the “berry boost” (with açaí, chia pudding, banana, strawberries, blueberries and goji berries) or the “nutty butty” (with vanilla, oats, banana, strawberries, peanut butter, almond butter, almonds and cinnamon). In addition to açai bowls, Everbowl serves other “superfood” items like smoothies and avocado toast.
This marks the second Everbowl in Johnson County. The California-based company has one other Johnson County location, at the Olathe Pointe shopping center. That location opened in late 2023. Across the state line, Everbowl also has a shop in Kansas City, Missouri.
