Nalah, a gentle great dane mix, has been waiting for a forever home at the Humane Society of El Paso since January. She is a sweet dog with lots of love to give, looking for someone to play with, go on walks with, and brighten each other’s lives.
A Special Bond
Mattie Lujan, an animal care associate, has formed a special bond with Nalah over the past months. He explained that adopters may be witnessing kennel reactivity, a common issue in dogs in shelters, which can manifest as barking, whining, or overexcitement.
Nalah is completely sponsored, meaning her adoption and rabies fees are covered. The Humane Society of El Paso encourages potential adopters to visit and meet Nalah, who is ready to bring love and joy to her forever home.
