El Paso Mourns Former Marine

The El Paso community is coming together to honor the legacy of Christopher Steven, a former U.S. Marine who was shot and killed at a Walgreens in West El Paso nearly two weeks ago.

Community Support

Steven’s family, including his wife Anna Kuba, are seeking financial assistance to cover the costs of travel, hotel stays, car rentals, and funeral arrangements. A GoFundMe page has been set up to support the family during this difficult time.

A viewing for Steven will take place on July 15 at 5 p.m. at the Funerari del Angel funeral home in Central El Paso, followed by a full service at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church on July 16 at 8 a.m. He will be laid to rest at Fort Bliss Cemetery on July 16 at 9:30 a.m.
