A registered sex offender was arrested in El Paso on Tuesday, April 22, on multiple charges tied to registry violations.
The suspect is identified as Jesus Alfredo Cuellar, 47, who lives in El Paso’s Lower Valley.
The arrest involved several counts related to alleged failures to comply with sex-offender registry requirements.
Authorities took Cuellar into custody following the arrest.
