Einstein Bros. Bagels has opened its doors in Bastrop, bringing a new option for fresh-baked goods to the community. The fast-casual franchise is located in the Sendero development and is open daily from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Menu options at the Bastrop location include baked goods such as bagels, cinnamon rolls, cookies, and muffins, as well as breakfast and lunch sandwiches, hot and iced coffees, and more.

According to Public Relations Manager Gabriel Washburn, the team is excited to serve the community. “We’re excited to finally be serving fresh-baked bagels to the community,” Washburn said in an email.
