Early voting has surged in Natrona County ahead of the Aug. 18 primary, with turnout in the first week running at twice the pace of the last election, according to Natrona County Clerk Tracy Good.
Voters cast 539 ballots in the first week, most of them in person at the clerk’s office and the rest by mail. That is roughly double the 269 cast over the same week in 2024, Good said.
Voting Details
Voters can cast a ballot in person through Aug. 17, the day before the primary. The window runs 28 days, shortened from the 45 days allowed before a 2023 change to state law.
Natrona County voters can vote early at the Natrona County Clerk’s Office, situated at 200 N. Center St., Room 154, in Casper. Details on early and absentee voting are available through the Wyoming Secretary of State.
