Several major construction projects are underway in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Technology logistics and manufacturing company Celestica will finish out a 345,000-square-foot space in Richardson for its main office and warehouse, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The estimated cost is $17 million and the project is expected to be completed by December 31, 2026.
Other Construction Projects
The Del Webb at Trinity Falls neighborhood in McKinney will receive a new amenities building with a gym, locker rooms, and an indoor pool. The building will cover 18,500 square feet and will be completed by December 31, 2027. Medical service provider Select Medical will renovate the Sagecrest Hospital in Grapevine, improving handicap accessibility, kitchen improvements, imaging improvements, and renovations to the physical therapy space.
Bar and patio Kirby Ice House is scheduled to start construction in Plano, offering more than 50 beers on tap and hosting food trucks and dog-friendly patios. Building 4 of the Fairways Office Park in Frisco will start construction in early October, spanning 3,319 square feet and completing construction in June 2027.
