Deschutes County Circuit Court Judge Bethany P. Flint is retiring from the bench, effective July 31, 2026, as announced by Governor Tina Kotek. Judge Flint was appointed by Governor Kate Brown on February 12, 2015, to succeed Judge Roger J. DeHoog, who was appointed to the state’s Court of Appeals.
Her seat on the bench will appear on the November ballot.
