The city of Denver and the Colorado Symphony plan to sell the naming rights to parts of Boettcher Concert Hall to fund a $120 million renovation of the downtown Denver venue.

The plan involves selling the naming rights to the building and various parts of it, with the goal of raising $15 million. The name “Boettcher Concert Hall” will be transferred to the concert hall inside the building.
Denver Arts and Venues Executive Director Gretchen Hollrah stated that the building is in need of renovation, saying “When you are in the building, certain parts of it feel like 1978.” The renovation will include a new education center, lobby, restrooms, and other updates.
Naming rights will be sold to philanthropic donors, with restrictions in place to ensure that the names are family-friendly and do not come from certain industries.
