A Florida developer has announced plans for a 740-acre mixed-use development in Denton, Texas. The development, called Wildhaven, will include single-family and multifamily residential offerings, a hotel, retail and restaurant sites, and recreation amenities.
Project Details
Wildhaven will feature approximately 150 high-end homes, up to 500 multifamily units, a 120-bed hotel, two restaurants, a spa, and commercial buildings. The project will have a strong outdoor and hospitality emphasis, with hundreds of acres dedicated to recreation and an equestrian-centered component.
According to Logan Breen, managing director of An Ki Land Development, the company is committed to environmental stewardship and North Texas’s natural landscape. “Wildhaven is proud to offer a residential development that demonstrates our deep commitment to environmental stewardship and North Texas’s natural landscape,” Breen said in a news release.
Phased Development
Phase 1 of the project will see the development of 86 acres of land already owned by An Ki Land. This phase will include homes on about 25 buildable lots of 1 to 2 acres each, multifamily offerings with up to 500 units on 27 acres, along with two commercial parcels. Phase 2 will encompass 548 acres of land currently controlled by An Ki Land, and will consist of 126 buildable lots and a club-resort hotel component.
