Deb Davis, an award-winning photographer, speaker, author, and founder of The Transparency Table, has been named a featured speaker at Shawn Fair’s Leadership Experience Tour in Troy, Michigan. The event will take place August 6-8, 2026.

The Transparency Table is a coaching and education platform founded by Davis. Its central idea is that real, lasting growth starts with a clear and honest view of oneself. Davis works mainly with women who have spent years caring for others while setting aside their own goals and needs.
