French software maker Dassault Systèmes reported higher second-quarter revenue of $1.78 billion, driven by demand for its 3DEXPERIENCE software. The company, which provides 3D design, simulation, and product lifecycle management software, saw total revenue rise 4% on a constant-currency basis in the quarter.
Dassault confirmed its full-year outlook. Cloud software revenue also rose 14%, while annual run rate, a metric Dassault uses to track recurring contract value, reached $4.44 billion, up 6% year-on-year.
Dassault also announced it would acquire ArisGlobal, a life sciences software company focused on safety and regulatory intelligence, as it seeks to build a unified AI platform connecting molecule, patient, and real-world outcomes.
