A coyote that had a jar stuck on its head for days was rescued in Delhi Township, Ohio. The animal was originally thought to be a stray dog and was first spotted in the area on Monday. Several people posted about the coyote, concerned about its health in the extreme heat.
Good Paws Training shared photos on social media, saying the coyote had been rescued with help from the Delhi Police Department. After capturing the coyote pup, it was freed from the jar and found to be in excellent health. It was released to be with the rest of its pack at a nearby park.
