About 200 employers will be at the Success Fair 2026, a job and resource fair, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Aug. 14 at the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland. Employers will be hiring in more than 20 industries, including construction, health care, public safety, and government jobs.

Pre-registration is strongly encouraged. The event often draws 1,000 or more attendees, making it one of the city’s largest job and resource fairs. Organizers sought to eliminate barriers that often keep job seekers from attending such events.
Resources that will be offered at Success Fair 2026 include a construction careers component with demonstrations and the option for participants to register for free Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) certification training.
