Conroe Developments

In Conroe, Chick-fil-A is undertaking a renovation at 1321 W. Davis St., with work scheduled from June 19-21, 2026, at an estimated cost of $150,000. Additionally, new construction is planned at Hwy. 105 & Crockett Martin Road, with a timeline from January 2027 to June 2026 and an estimated cost of $750,000. Another new project is set for 2200 N. Frazier St., Ste. 137, with construction from July 2026 to July 2027, costing approximately $400,000.

Montgomery Developments

In Montgomery, Chick-fil-A will be constructing a new facility at 19970 Eva St., Ste. 102B, from August 2026 to October 2026, with an estimated cost of $298,500. Another project at Hwy. 105 & Buffalo Springs Drive is scheduled for July 2026 to October 2026, costing around $500,000. Furthermore, a significant investment is being made at 12434 Cude Cemetery Road in Willis, with construction from July 2026 to July 2027 and an estimated cost of $8.4 million.
