A 33-year-old woman from Casper, Wyoming, has been sentenced to 151 months in federal prison for her role as a distributor in a multi-county drug trafficking ring operating in Wyoming and Colorado.

According to federal court documents, the Wyoming Department of Criminal Investigation, with assistance from the Drug Enforcement Administration, Homeland Security Investigations, and multiple state and local agencies, investigated the drug trafficking organization. The woman, Alicia Ann Dahl, was arrested on November 10, 2025, after a search of the vehicle she was traveling in yielded nearly half a pound of methamphetamine. Agents determined Dahl distributed more than 11 pounds of methamphetamine during the conspiracy.
