She later launched a food truck and catering service in Denver called What’s Happening Catering. After a deal to open a new restaurant in Denver fell through, Grace decided to return to Casper and open her own restaurant.

She spends a lot of time in the kitchen to ensure that her dishes are perfect for special occasions. Her menu currently consists of burgers, hot sandwiches, and assorted sides, but she plans to expand it as she hires more staff and gains her footing in the new space.

Grace has been open about her past struggles, including a dark period when she fell in with the wrong crowd and served prison time in Lusk for selling drugs.
