Chadderdon’s selection for this award is based on her outstanding leadership and contributions to both Casper College and the WACTE. With her background in business administration and grant management, she has successfully managed college programs that prepare students for careers in business, workforce development, and various industrial fields.

Since joining Casper College in 2012, Chadderdon has held several roles, including director of the simulation lab, grant project manager, organizational developer, and training and grants compliance coordinator. She was appointed dean of the Casper College School of Business and Industry in 2021.
