Carrie’s Pilates, a woman-owned studio, has opened in The Heights, offering high-intensity pilates and cross-training workouts designed to strengthen, tone, and reshape the body.
About the Program
The studio provides all-level class sessions, allowing first-timers and experienced gym-goers to book specific workouts based on their needs. One of Carrie’s most popular workouts is the Full Body Burn, which emphasizes fast transitions between extremely slow movements.
Studio Manager Emily McDearman stated that the mission of Carrie’s Pilates is to make everyone feel welcomed into their studios. The instructors are experienced and provide hands-on corrections and modifications to ensure everyone gets a great workout and leaves proud of what their body can accomplish.
