Carnival Cruise Line, the largest cruise line in the US, is rethinking every meal on board with a new program called The Next Course. The program includes new specialty restaurants and bars, as well as fleetwide dining enhancements.
New Restaurants and Bars
Four new specialty restaurants are part of the lineup, including Emeril’s Coastal Seafood, Uku Lei Lei, Fetaccine, and Le Bistro Musicale. Each concept targets a different palate, and guests will have a distinct experience at every table.
A new bar program is also being introduced, with three concepts: The Spark, Mix, and Festival Grounds Coffee & Bar. The Spark is a vibrant lounge with live performances and cocktails inspired by iconic songs. Mix allows guests to craft their own drinks, while Festival Grounds Coffee & Bar offers specialty coffees and cocktails in a social setting.
Fleetwide Changes
The most immediate impact for most Carnival guests will come from the fleetwide changes rolling out now. The Main Dining Room is getting new culinary creations, and the Lido Marketplace is adding a new Lido Family Menu with daily kid-approved options. BlueIguana Cantina is introducing daily rotating specials, and new formats are arriving across the fleet, including Bagels @ Sea and The Chef’s Table.
