Callahan Law, owned by Evangel University graduate Kevin Callahan, will be relocating to the newly renovated Plaza Towers in Springfield, Missouri. The law firm, which has been based in Springfield since 2014, focuses on a wide variety of fields, including church, nonprofit, and tax-exempt organization law.
Background
Callahan has been an intermittent resident of Springfield since high school. His law practice has supported clients throughout Missouri, Colorado, Tennessee, and some international clients from its current location.
The building, Plaza Towers, has been the subject of various news stories over the past few years. Former owner Marco Denis faced illegal gun and tax charges and has been sentenced. The building was sold to Trent Overhue for $13.3 million after Denis was arrested.
New Developments
Callahan Law will share an office space with Capitol Edge Strategies, a business consulting firm. The move comes after well-known Springfield lawyer Brad Bradshaw’s law practice moved out and sued the current and former owners of the office building over a rent dispute in 2025.
Plaza Towers has also announced it will be bringing in a comedy club, a fine-dining restaurant, and a rooftop bar. Well-known Springfield attorney Aaron Sachs has also obtained office space in the tower.
