A new Buckle store is coming to Denton Crossing, replacing Maurices, which will continue to operate until August. The new Buckle store will start construction in early September, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Buckle offers clothing and accessories in its roughly 440 locations in the United States, according to the company’s website. The store will operate in the existing 5,029-square-foot space where women’s clothing store Maurice’s currently operates. The space will undergo $600,000 in renovations to accommodate the Buckle store, according to the TDLR filing.

Construction on the new store is scheduled to finish by Nov. 19, the filing states. The store will be located at 1800 S. Loop 288, Ste. 228, Denton, and can be found online at www.buckle.com.
