A free business conference is returning to Broward County, offering entrepreneurs access to resources, networking opportunities, and expert guidance. The Broward and Beyond Business Conference will take place June 12 at the Broward County Convention Center.
Supporting Local Businesses
Organizers say they expect more than 1,000 attendees this year. Participants will have access to federal, state, and local agencies, along with information on funding opportunities, international trade, and artificial intelligence.
Maribel Feliciano with the Broward County Office of Economic and Small Business Development noted that small businesses make up about 90% of Broward County’s economy. “We are a small business-based economy,” she said. “It’s really important that they understand the free resources we have—technical assistance, grants, loan programs, and more—and that our businesses are aware of those resources.”
Registration is free and available online. The event will be hosted by Constance Jones.
