Breeze Airways is expanding its service from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) with two new nonstop routes. Starting July 3, the airline will offer seasonal flights to Greenville-Spartanburg, South Carolina, and Portland, Maine. Both routes will operate on Mondays and Fridays.
According to David Neeleman, founder and CEO of Breeze Airways, the new service is a great example of the airline’s growth and commitment to connecting cities. "Both Portland and Greenville-Spartanburg are great destinations for travelers, with no existing nonstop service from Cincinnati," he said. "We know the community will enjoy this new, affordable, and convenient service and look forward to welcoming them onboard."
The Portland, Maine flight will start at $79 one way, while the Greenville-Spartanburg, South Carolina flight will start at $49 one way. With these new routes, Breeze Airways will serve seven markets from CVG, bringing the total number of nonstop destinations to 60 over the summer months.
Chad Summe, Chair of the Kenton County Airport Board, expressed gratitude for Breeze Airways’ partnership and growth in the market. "We are very grateful to Breeze Airways for its partnership and continued growth in our market since beginning service at CVG in 2023," he said. CVG CEO Larry Krauter added, "With the announcement of the new nonstop service to Greenville/Spartanburg and Portland, Breeze Airways will serve seven markets from CVG, bringing total nonstop destinations to 60 over the summer months."
