Nigel Norman, the suspect accused of killing a man in a Springdale hotel, had his bond lowered to $1 million. Norman is accused of firing multiple shots into a neighboring room at the Extended Stay Hotel on June 30, striking Charles Carr in the back while he slept beside his girlfriend, Ariana Reynolds, and their one-year-old son, Xavier.
Norman told investigators he was trying to scare the mother of his child. He has pleaded not guilty to charges including murder, felonious assault, and improperly firing a gun. Norman remains in the Hamilton County Justice Center and has been ordered to stay away from the victim’s family while the case continues.
