Crews were working to recover a body found floating face down in the Oklahoma River by a fisherman on Monday.
The Oklahoma City Fire Department said firefighters were working to get the body to shore near Walker Avenue. It wasn’t immediately clear if the body found was male or female, but firefighters said it appeared to have been in the water for ‘more than a few days.’ The Oklahoma Medical Examiner’s Office will determine the cause of death.
