Confirmed bear sightings are rare in the Greater Cincinnati area but have increased recently across the state of Ohio. Last year broke the record for sightings, with 537 reported across 69 counties.
Bear sightings usually peak in late May through early July. The video comes after reports online that said a bear was spotted on a trail camera in the New Richmond area.
