A black bear entered the Crestline Village Water District office in Southern California on Wednesday. The bear pushed open the front door and explored the building before returning to the forest.
Employees watched the unexpected encounter unfold on surveillance video. "It was exciting. It was really cool to see a bear that close. It’s rare that we’re that close to them," said Josselyn Brian, an employee at the water district.
The bear did not appear to damage the building, and no injuries were reported. This incident is the latest in a series of unusual bear encounters in the area.
