A Birkenstock store is planned for Allen Premium Outlets, according to a recent project filing. The filing shows that work is planned to finish out a roughly 2,500-square-foot retail space near the northwest corner of the shopping center.
The renovation work has an estimated cost of $150,000, with construction listed as occurring between July 15 and Aug. 15. Birkenstock offers a variety of shoes for men, women, and children, including sandals, clogs, sneakers, and boots, as well as socks, arch support, and insole products, and shoe care supplies.
