The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) is seeking proposals for a non-exclusive lease to redevelop, renovate, and manage a concession space in the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. The space, located in Concourse C, is approximately 988 square feet and will be available for a 5-year term starting October 1, 2026.
Proposal Requirements
To be considered, proposers must have at least 24 months of experience in high-volume service, retail, or food and beverage establishments within the past 5 years. They must also demonstrate the ability to coordinate and execute the proposed design and build-out of the concession space.
The successful proposer will be required to pay the state a percentage of their monthly gross revenues, as well as additional rent for the build-out period and any support spaces. A minimum annual guarantee may also be required as part of the concession agreement.
Copies of the Request for Proposal (RFP) and other relevant documents can be obtained from the State of Alaska’s Online Public Notice website or by contacting Nathaniel Zacharzewski at [email protected]. An optional pre-proposal tour will be held on July 1, 2026, at 12:00 PM AKST.
