Gazebo Collapse Injures 5 At Seminole Hard Rock

A gazebo structure partially collapsed at the DAER Nightclub, located on the rooftop of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, around 7 p.m. Saturday, according to Gary Bitner, public information officer for the Seminole Police Department. Bitner said the collapse was caused by a ‘significant gust of wind.’ Five people who were underneath or near the gazebo at the time were sent to Memorial Regional Hospital with ‘non-life-threatening’ injuries, Bitner said.
