Acting AG Blanche Addresses Conservative Watchdog Group

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche recently delivered a private speech to Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog group, in an effort to mend fences and address concerns about voter fraud and government transparency.

Addressing Concerns

Blanche’s speech, which was disclosed to Congress as part of his confirmation paperwork, highlighted the Justice Department’s efforts to investigate allegations of voter fraud and weaponization in the federal government. He also complimented Judicial Watch’s work to seek purges of voter rolls across the country.

Blanche outlined the steps the Justice Department has taken to address these issues, including appointing a national election integrity lead and seizing ballots from the 2020 presidential election in Fulton County, Georgia. He also emphasized the importance of preserving physical evidence, such as original ballots, to ensure the integrity of the electoral process.

Transparency and Cooperation

Tom Fitton, the leader of Judicial Watch, believes that the Justice Department is attempting to be more transparent with the public, based on Blanche’s speech. However, the group continues to bring litigation against the administration, including a recent lawsuit seeking records relating to former special counsel Jack Smith.

Blanche’s efforts to address the concerns of Judicial Watch and other conservative groups reflect the Justice Department’s commitment to transparency and cooperation. As the nation’s top law enforcement officer, Blanche is working to build trust and ensure that the Justice Department is accountable to the American people.
