Ree Drummond Shares Inspiration at Bentonville Film Festival

Television personality and cookbook author Ree Drummond spoke Tuesday at the Bentonville Film Festival, sharing lessons on finding inspiration in everyday life. Drummond, best known for her Food Network series “The Pioneer Woman” and her bestselling cookbooks, took part in a conversation at The Momentary.

Her discussion focused on finding meaning in daily routines and experiences, a message attendees said resonated beyond cooking. “What stood out most was her authenticity — just taking it day by day and being real about life and its ups and downs,” attendee Catherine Tapp said.

Tapp, a mother of two, said she has long enjoyed Drummond’s cookbooks and often uses them to discover new recipes. Festival organizers said the event highlighted storytelling in forms beyond film.

Bentonville Film Festival Continues

“Being a film festival, we wanted to show there are stories behind the cameras as well,” said Sophie Lacy, a marketing representative for the Bentonville Film Festival. Organizers said conversations like Drummond’s help showcase how personal experiences and everyday moments can create meaningful connections with audiences.

The Bentonville Film Festival continues through June 21.
