Northwest Austin Sees Surge in New Businesses

Northwest Austin is experiencing a surge in new businesses, with several restaurants, shops, and services recently opening or announced to open soon. One of the newest additions is Indoor National, a private indoor golf club offering 24/7 access to members and guests.

New Restaurants and Shops

Other new businesses in the area include EJ Hot Pot and Sushi, Smash City Burgers, Ebisu, Tacolada, and DUBU, a Korean restaurant. Ramen del Barrio, a Japanese-Mexican ramen restaurant, is also making its return to Northwest Austin in July.

In addition to these new businesses, several existing ones are relocating or expanding, such as Alma Esthetics, a medical spa and aesthetics clinic. The Domain Farmers Market will be closing down its weekly operations on June 28, and H-E-B has announced plans to close its Spicewood Springs location effective July 31.

Health and Wellness

A new emergency center, PEC 24/7, is now open, treating injuries, sudden illness, and other medical conditions. CareNow will also be opening a new urgent care center in Tech Ridge, with construction slated to begin in August.

A new martial arts academy, RDA Academy, has opened, offering classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, kickboxing, and self-defense. ARA Diagnostic Imaging Riata, a new imaging center, has also opened, offering a range of services including MRIs, CT scans, and ultrasounds.
