The Dallas-Fort Worth region also sees significant employment in various health care occupations. Paramedics have an annual mean wage of $60,050, with 1,570 employed. General internal medicine physicians have an annual mean wage of $263,370, with 1,350 employed. Emergency medical technicians have an annual mean wage of $41,770, with 3,000 employed.
